Description
1. Suitable for welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of HDPE PVDF and MPP in worksite of workshop.

3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system.
4. Eletric planning tool with safety limit switch enables to start it only when it's locked in operation position.

The operation points of Hydraulic Butt Fushion Welding Machine Welding Equipment connection.
- Clean the dirt on the connecting surface of the pipe, mark the insertion depth, and scrape the skin;
- Fix the pipe on the frame, and put the electrofusion pipe fittings on the pipe;
- Straighten the parts to be connected to ensure that they are on the same axis;
- Power on and weld;
- Cool down. When connecting, the selection of voltage and heating time when energized and heated should comply with the regulations of the manufacturer of electrofusion connection equipment and pipe fittings. While the fused connection is cooling, do not move or apply any external force on the connection.
